The 5th build in the "Concerns of The Deep" series, made for beginners and for fun. They are not aimed to be the most meta builds.
This one is oriented around Splatter (1). You'll be goopin' all over them and dealing huge damage! Extra Credit goes to VeMi!

Item Build

Buy left to right. During laning phase, you want to use Splatter (1) whenever it's off-cooldown and constantly poke your enemies. If you're struggling, buy a Lane Extra, then sell it later.
Lane Extras
Buy one of those items to remain in lane and not miss out on souls! Sell the item you picked later.

Buy left to right. You can buy an extra Survival item if you need! You can sell Enchanter's Emblem for a stronger Vitality item. You can also sell Arcane Surge at some point if you need slots.
Use it with your Alt-Fire (Right Click) to land it easily. Once you have enough Spirit, this can proc Spellbreaker before you use Splatter (1)! |Can be sold for a slot|
Has to charge up, so after using Echo Shard, it will not trigger instantly on your 2nd Splatter (1).b
A lot more stamina, allowing you to more around with ease, but also to activate Arcane Surge way more. You can also buy Rescue Beam instead for a more support-oriented playstyle.
Survival
You can buy 1 or 2 of those items to stay alive longer, or just endure whatever the enemies throw at you!
Taking too much SPIRIT damage? Take this. This item will grant you a nice Barrier and out of combat regen.
Useful against Mirage's Tornado, Bebop's Hook, Abrams' Charge, Haze's Sleep, Paige's immobilize, any stuns (Including getting parried!) and more!
This will help you and your ally survive more! It also provides you with some more range. |Upgrade into: Divine Barrier|
Parry ANYTHING. This means almost any abilities such as Geist's Ultimate, Shiv's Ultimate, Lash's Ultimate, etc...

Buy left to right. Infuser will allow you to heal a lot, while Spirit Burn will help you stack Escalating Exposure and counter any form of healing. Witchmail is incredibly powerful if you tend to use Goo Ball (4) a lot!
Lower the cooldown of all your abitilies but also your items, like Echo Shard, Mystic Reverb, Mystic Shot, Witchmail and more!
For Survivability. It's some more damage, while also gaining massive lifesteal. Use it before using Splatter (1)!
Anti-Healing. Your double Splatter (1) with Echo Shard can easily activate this! Can be bought sooner if you require Antihealing.
Actives
Those powerful items will allow you to tailor your playstyle to something that suits you more! You can get Rescue Beam instead of Stamina Mastery!
A decent anti-heal that deals damage scaling with Spirit. Useful against Geist, Abrams, Mo&Krill, McGinnis and more. DO NOT USE AGAINST VICTOR.
Useful against: Calico, Doorman, Dynamo, Ivy, Kelvin, Geist, Lash, Paige, Pocket, Shiv, Sinclair, Victor and Yamato.
Situational & Counters
These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.
Will grant you a charge of Puddle Punch (3) by dealing gun damage, but also melee damage, which includes Puddle Punch (3) itself!
Increases the size of Splatter (1) dramatically, and empowers Puddle Punch (3) alongside your gun. Also allows you to reach your 4.8k gun investment!
Will help you farm while giving you other benefits. Always use on a Tier 3 Neutral enemy (The big, one eyed, alien monster in the jungle).

This can be triggered by Puddle Punch (3). You can also simply hit troopers for some healing too, but reduced. |Can be sold for a slot|
