Item Build

Buy left to right. Go for headshots during lane to deal some burst of damage with Headshot Booster. Be mindful of damage fall-off! Once you obtain Kinetic Dash, try to dash jump every time you engage the enemy to get more ammo and a lot of fire rate!
Lane Extras
If you happen to be struggling, buy one and sell it later. Extra Regen is the most passive option.
Helps you hold your lane, but requires you to focus on Troopers more than the enemies. |Upgrade into: Cultist Sacrifice| |Can be sold for a slot|
A great way to heal if you can land your shots. It'll go on cooldown even if you miss! |Can be sold for a slot|

Buy left to right. After getting Burst Fire, don't forget to try and slide to gain infinite ammo! Sell Headshot Booster for Weakening Headshot. Skip Burst Fire if no Flex Slots and buy it later.
Survival
If you find yourself dying easily or taking too much damage, consider one (or more) of those items!
If you take too much GUN damage in quick succession, this item will grant you a nice Barrier to help you survive!
Taking too much SPIRIT damage? Take this. This item will grant you a nice Barrier and out of combat regen.
Useful against Mirage's Tornado, Bebop's Hook, Abrams' Charge, Haze's Sleep, Paige's immobilize, any stuns (Including getting parried!) and more!

Buy left to right. Get those items as you unlock flex slots! After Lucky Shot, I suggest Vampiric Burst but you can go for items in the other categories for either more Damage, Fire rate, Anti-Healing or Armor Penetration (AP)!
More Damage
Siphon Bullets and Focus Lens won't directly increase your damage but will still help deal more damage!
Anti-Healing
If you feel like the enemy out-heals you.
AP
If they have too much resistances, consider one of those two.
Fire Rate
Need to shoot faster? All of those will help doing so. Fury Trance and Blood Tribute do come with downsights though, be mindful of them.
A lot of fire rate and spirit resistance. Be mindful of the silence. You also won't be able to use stamina. Useful if the enemy team is Spirit oriented.
A lot of fire rate and debuff resistance whenever you want. Be mindful of the health drain. Very useful if facing a lot of CC/Debuffs.
Situational & Counters
These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Silence Wave, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.
Try to always use this on a Tier 3 Neutral enemy (The big, weird, alien monster) to gain a lot of souls and plenty of bonuses!
If the enemy team has a lot of CC. You cannot get parried while it's active! (Damage will still be negated)
Useful against: Haze, Wraith, Drifter, Infernus, Mina, Mirage, McGinnis, Seven, Vindicta, Vyper, and Warden.
Useful against: Calico, Infernus, Grey Talon, Kelvin, Lash, Mina, Pocket, Vindicta, Vyper and Wraith.
Toxic Bullets and Splatter (1) will trigger this. Useful if the enemy is getting a LOT of bullet resistance.
