CC = bad. Buy this if against dynamo, lash, any other heroes with strong CC or if enemy has curse also good if enemy has DoT debuffs i.e infernus, toxic bullet
Good against high fire rate heroes(ivy, haze, vyper) and rico abusers (infernus,mirage) , upgrade to this early or when slotlocked.

You'll need 1 or 2 of these items if you're dying too often, especially in the late game.
Card cycling = dump non-Joker/Spade cards to stack Jokers/Spades for burst. Cards builds based on bullet hits (headshots 50% faster), Ricochet on camp = 3× regen (on camp with 3 creeps). At ~3+ Jokers/spades, you can burst anyone down with ult. Alt cast(mid click) and 1 to throw the first card in L->R order, do this to prevent using non-joker cards during ult.

You don't have to check out my twitch, just using this build makes me really happy, I spend a lot of time working on this build to make it L->R and as accessible as possible, I try to only update the build when I really need to so I don't stay on the build tab forever, that's just a weird thing to do.
