24-Jun: Gun meta makes me sad. Redid Phase 1 and a bit of Phase 4.
18-Jun: Added Improved Spirit to Turret Phase, minor adjustment to Phase 1 (Others) and Phase 2 (Countering). Not been playing much lately, but the build feels pretty solid.
I generally start with Monster Rounds, then either Extra Regen or Extra Spirit depending on what I think the lane needs, with healing Rite if my lane partner needs it.
For counter pushing in lane
I just really love sliding.
Be wary about early turret spam, as they always give souls now without the brief immortal period
Necessary for lane sustain now we don't have bullet resist. Also good for Healing Tempo prep

In this current patch, gun carries building fire rate are very powerful, so I recommend Suppressor over Mystic Slow if you're facing off against one or more of them.

Use turrets to establish backline fire support for team fights, defend against Walker aggression, or siege objectives. Healing Tempo will greatly boost turret and teammate damage. Get Echo Shard if you can afford it, other wise just S.Cooldown and Healing Tempo will suffice, then move on to 4.

This item is, honestly, overpowered regardless of what you're building.
Doesn't give cooldown, sadly, but still great combo with Healing Tempo and Boundless Spirit
Since Wall tends to be maxxed last, buying this to put Stun on Barrage is very useful.

Get this to undo the imbuing earlier, very important for specter boosting
Passive applies to troopers, turrets, and ally heroes. Very useful.
In case of specter deniers or just to push waves
Resist debuff instead of spirit amp makes this a great support item
