Item Build
Early Game
L > R normally works. DO NOT HEAVY PUNCH UNTIL YOU HAVE T2 CHARGE OR YOU WILL GET PARRIED. After, go and take melee items, lifestrike 1st if you are ahead, else crushing fists first to be able to do damage.
Regen to help you + builds into heal booster later
Charge got nerfed in lane, so use this to compensate and make your character less AFK
You can start engaging on people in lane when you have this as you can heal back the damage you'd be taking a lot better
Huge damage incoming with this item + builds into crushing
Good damage increase for 800 on your melees and builds into PB later
Makes your siphon do more damage
Mostly to negate weighted shots' -10% stamina regen later on but also extra movement

Viscous or melee bots in your lane
Clearing waves if you're playing a stalling lane.

IMPORTANT
Beefy healing to help you survive alongside siphon life
Biggest damage upgrade, you can start stunning people with 3 consecutive heavy melees. Start heavy meleeing around the map too as it's faster than walking.
Buffs up your melee damage slightly + siphon life to make you heal even more.
Mid Game
Weighted + debuff remover = very negligible stun on parry. Rush colossus if you're ahead, makes you tougher to kill.

PEOPLE WILL DEFINITELY BUY ANTIHEAL AGAINST YOU SO THIS IS A MUST HAVE TO CLEANSE IT

THICCNESS - be a tanky boy, can also use this to bait parries by heavy melee cancelling (see fleetfoot)

Situational
Read annotations to help you choose the correct item
Stops people with movement abilities from using them to get out of your melee range
Damage + slow, not entirely needed in this build but can take if you want
Heavy spirit damage on enemy team
Parry certain abilties (shiv/geist/lash/yamato)
Huge damage + antiheal
Take against a comp with a lot of fliers if necessary, 10x better than buying knockdown on Abrams
If you are struggling to bait out other people's parries, you can try using this item. While you're moving in heavy melee, press the active and it will cancel the melee.
Very advanced item. You need to know when to toggle this on/off in fights for best use. Toggle it off when you need to heal up. Can skip buying both weighted + debuff if you understand this item.
Sometimes a good buy, very good healing especially if you have more spirit items to make it scale better
It's an ok burst heal for both you and teammates nearby enough.
If the enemy team start buying curses or there's just lots of CC in general preventing you from playing the game, pick this up. IT MEANS YOU DON'T GET STUNNED ON PARRY AND CAN JUST HOLD DOWN MELEE
