Buy left to right. Battle Vest, Hollow Point and Sprint Boots will give you some nice out of combat health regen! You can also get a Lane Extra item to make laning easier.

If you happen to be struggling, buy one and sell it later. Extra Regen is the most passive option.

Will help you remain above 65% health for Hollow Point. You also reach 4.8k Vitality with it. |Upgrade into: Vampiric Burst|
Makes Splatter (1) more useful during fights! |Can be skipped if out of slot to focus on Glass Cannon|
Survival
If you find yourself dying easily or taking too much damage, consider one (or more) of those items!
If you take too much GUN damage in quick succession, this item will grant you a nice Barrier to help you survive!
Taking too much SPIRIT damage? Take this. This item will grant you a nice Barrier and out of combat regen.
Useful against Mirage's Tornado, Bebop's Hook, Abrams' Charge, Haze's Sleep, Paige's immobilize, any stuns (Including getting parried!) and more!

AP ignores Bullet Resist, while Bullet Resist Shred will help your team.
Fire Rate
Need to shoot faster? All of those will help doing so. Heroic Aura is probably your best pick, as it gives you and your allies bullet resistance passively!
Situational & Counters
These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Silence Wave, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.
A great way to heal if you can land your shots. It'll go on cooldown even if you miss! |Can be sold for a slot|
Easy poke in lane. This is affected by damage fall-off (The further you are, the lesser the damage.) |Can be sold for a slot|
Try to always use this on a Tier 3 Neutral enemy (The big, one eyed, alien monster in the jungle) to gain a lot of souls and plenty of bonuses!
A lot of fire rate and spirit resistance. Be mindful of the silence. You also won't be able to use stamina. Useful if the enemy team is Spirit oriented.
If the enemy team has a lot of CC. You cannot get parried while it's active! (Damage will still be negated)
Toxic Bullets and Splatter (1) will trigger this. This will also help your team deal more gun damage, as opposed to Armor Piercing Rounds which is only for yourself.
Useful against: Calico, Infernus, Grey Talon, Kelvin, Lash, Mina, Pocket, Vindicta, Vyper and Wraith.
