Buy left to right. Battle Vest, Cultist Sacrifice and Sprint Boots will give you some nice out of combat health regen! Don't forget to try to only use Cultist Sacrifice on T3 Neutrals.
Lane Extras
If you happen to be struggling, buy one and sell it later. Extra Regen is the most passive option.

Buy left to right. Use Splatter to reload your gun with Quicksilver Reload! You can skip Surge of Power if you only have 1 slot, to get Glass Cannon.
Will help you remain above 65% health for Hollow Point. You also reach 4.8k Vitality with it. |Upgrade into: Vampiric Burst|
More damage and your first bullet resistance shredder! Less Resistances for the enemy, means more damage for you!
Survival
If you find yourself dying easily or taking too much damage, consider one (or more) of those items!
If you take too much GUN damage in quick succession, this item will grant you a nice Barrier to help you survive!
Taking too much SPIRIT damage? Take this. This item will grant you a nice Barrier and out of combat regen.
Useful against Mirage's Tornado, Bebop's Hook, Abrams' Charge, Haze's Sleep, Paige's immobilize, any stuns (Including getting parried!) and more!

Buy left to right. Get those items as you unlock flex slots! After Lucky Shot, I suggest Vampiric Burst but you can go for items in the other categories for either more Damage, Fire rate, Anti-Healing or Armor Penetration (AP)!
More Damage
Siphon Bullets and Focus Lens won't directly increase your damage but will still help deal more damage!
Anti-Healing
If you feel like the enemy out-heals you.
AP
If they have too much resistances, consider one of those two.
Fire Rate
Need to shoot faster? All of those will help doing so. Heroic Aura is probably your best pick, as it gives you and your allies bullet resistance passively!
Situational & Counters
These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Silence Wave, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.
Easy poke in lane. This is affected by damage fall-off (The further you are, the lesser the damage.) |Can be sold for a slot|
A lot of fire rate and spirit resistance. Be mindful of the silence. You also won't be able to use stamina. Useful if the enemy team is Spirit oriented.
If the enemy team has a lot of CC. You cannot get parried while it's active! (Damage will still be negated)
Useful against: Haze, Wraith, Drifter, Infernus, Mina, Mirage, McGinnis, Seven, Vindicta, Vyper, and Warden.
Useful against: Calico, Infernus, Grey Talon, Kelvin, Lash, Mina, Pocket, Vindicta, Vyper and Wraith.
