Amazingly efficient item to hinder enemy fire rate early game in lane via wall, turret damage and later tesla. Nobody will be able to trade with you, especially if they're walled off.

Optimal for farming faster, clearing troopers faster and applying Bullet Resist Shredder. Tesla can be sold later when you no longer have slots for bullet resist shredder and this item.

Pairs incredibly well with Suppressor to become an anti-m1 machine and you move very fast thanks to movespeed and slow reduction.
