This is an experimental build for McGinnis that tries to make her
turrets work. We're putting everything into spirit scaling here
so that her turrets do as much damage as possible. This build
also increases the range of the turrets, since this is sometimes
a limiting factor as to how effective the turrets can be.
It's probably not a good build, but turrets generally just suck
anyways so that's not surprising!
