Description
The enemy is going to have a bad time. After you get ricochet in early mid game, you get to choose your own evil adventure and make the enemy suffer and winning every teamfight by spreading every debuff known to man.

Only buy this after Toxic Bullets. This is a REALLY good item with this build. Especially against a team of DPS heros, making them lose 40% fire rate is powerful. ontop of a whole 35% slow too. Not to mentiion this can also be triggered by your turrets and wall and ult
