Use your early burst to constantly harass in your lane. Splatter
really hurts after you get T2.

Look to brawl in the mid game, Goo Ball is mostly for team fights
or a couple hits in a 1v1. After 19k, Puddle Punch hits really hard.

After the midgame you're leaning into Goo Ball for team fights. I
like dedicating most of my Flex slots to Vitality items and tanking
up as much as possible.
