You need to snowball Its very stong it being 1600 souls you wanna perma fight and look for snipe and stacks on this. DO NOT GET IF YOU CANT SNOWBALL OR TEAM FIGHT ALOT.
Mid Game/Core
In order most of the time if you lack stacks get alc fire If you want more snipe get surge of power and remember stop at Spirt life steal and think about the game at this point do you have high stacks? Low stacks? Do you have a hyper carry really fed? Are you fed? Build what is going on not always L -> R
This is a great item all spirt damage gets a buff and nice armor not needed but good item but when you need space sell it.
Can replace with other 1.6k gun item on the right if you want I still hate this item but it can still do somthing.
Builds into either Overflow or leech also you can skip both enchanters and spirit life steal to just get counter spell for the 4.8k Spike.
THE DAMAGE IS CRAZY WITH THIS it is needed on vin for her snipe after this spike get more survivablity unless you are killing it.
Other Mid Game
Other items you can get in the mid game.

If you want Magnum later get this after swift striker and put it on your snipe for exstra damage then magnum on crow.

Put this on crow or your snipe if you can land your shots also you will be fast and shoot faster I get this on my snipe most of the time but crow is good for more gun.
More ults and bit of ammo and damage pars well with lightning scroll if you are into that.
"Luther only buy" but if you want more speed in air or to move around more get it and par it with enduring is recommnded.
If you suffer from ammo grab this.
Great item to live for CC.

If you grab this I hate you also grab Superior Duration and skip core and go support mainly a low stack item.
You can fly better and your crow last longer and alchemical fire.

In order kinda if you want other items look to your right and if you want skip all this and go for other crap this is a flexable build Just do not get overflow and Spellsinger together.
I hate this item I never get it, BUT that does not mean you cant if you like it get it over burst fire up to you.

Overall great item do not get if they have armor and if you grab alchemical fire, do not grab Spellslinger and this together.
You Can get Magnum over this I like this more.
Great healing if you have alot of stacks and are dying alot grab this to help sustain.

Depending on the game and what you want these items can work over the Core.
Can get sooner if they wanna counter you like seven stun, knockdown, warden hook, ect.
Only get if you want to move around more and this can counter some people if used right.

You kinda need this get sooner if need be if they have alot of cc.
Other Gun
What ever fits your play style read what each does these items just depends.
Imbue [E]
Its an anti metal skin item, also pars well with your flight which is your main damage.
Its good get sooner for the most part but you need kills pairs well with trophy to be greedy.
Helps with ammo and is just raw gun damage get if you have high stacks.
If they deathball alot or you have a dynamo and or lash this is good for your weakness which is single target.
Spirt/Snipe
Look at your comp if you need more spirit get these items grab boundless and grab these.
if they have armor, trust me you will not do anything to them with spirit resilience.
More of a support item but only get when you have alot of spirit on your team or hardcore snipe.
When you fly and deal damage you just kill them and know this you use your crow and this hits 3 people they will suffer alot also your snipe will burst them.
Category 11
This is just better debuff remover use it on your carry or yourself hell you can just get it without support its just amazing on vin.
Trust me its good you can pull people to save them and in the air it can be uses to pull a beepbop into position to ult.
AOE heal more of a luxury item very good if you have guns on your team with healling tempo.
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO COUNTER BUY
A must buy most of the time to shut someone down.
If a tank is going crazy put this on them they will love it.
If they have alot of spirit at hand get this to stop them.
