going for now. Maxing out on slow resist is op now that all bullets slow.
Max whatever you feel is best at 29k all 3 choices are viable.

Our power spikes are at 2.7k T2 bolt, 4.8k spirit investment, and 7.7k for T3 bolt. Play lane conservatively until atleast T2 bolt. Buy rite if you have to for yourself or your lane partner.
