7/6: With testing have improved the core of the build after the 7/4 update, a little cheaper, insane damage, and truly the character to be afraid of right now.
Item Build
Core
is left to right based on money spent and powerspikes, you WANT to slot in a shielding item at any time but please do it early
best for bolt or assistant, assistant is recommendation so u have higher up time on 2 bolts, or u can reduce bolt by 2 seconds
by recharge ur already 1 shotting super squishy heros, but by here you will do insane damage, and then boundless u can actually 1 shot anyone
BUY 1 (in early game)
ALL OF THESE BARRIERS ARE STRONG BUY 1 OF THEM BASED ON SUSTAIN NEEDED (this ones my go to next to guardian ward)
spam this on ur teammate in lane to keep them alive, completely negates instances of early game and even late game damage, can skip if youd like to get items earlier, still heavily recommended
Late Game
for AP order confusion, after 2 points into your 2, if there aren't ults just max bunny, if there are do 2 points into ult and than max bunny
different 6ks to go instead or after
ordered best to worst
pretty consistently will i go if the game is too close and midboss is being threatened, will go for ults as well
A LOT LESS DAMAGE for bolt, i recommend only going after boundless, but usually go other items not prio
its okay, had somebody ask me if i should go EE and its really like a eh item, procs off spirit burn and ur 2 easily, but rarely hits enough stacks to do anything, best for seven ult
Extras
noticed some confusion on whether you should max ult in some games, its very dependant on the ults, but also its dependant how many, if its only 1 and the powerspike for that ult is just T2, its not needed, but if it is T3 (silence for ivy or max seven for example) its very important to do that, but usually only max ult if its like 2-3 ults that are really good to take
I've been seeing a lot of people go reverb. So here's why I think its bad; Reverb only works on 1 bolt out of the 2 you fire from assistant, meaning u get 1 bolt to do 250 damage while the rest are doing 500, and it has a 7 second CD, meaning theres no way for u to get it to happen again unless u wait, with boundless ur bolts are already doing that 500+250 with no cooldown so you can just spam all of them. My proof you may ask, reverb did 2600 in my tests, boundless did 3500, i rest my case. Although there is a bug where if you throw bolt being slightly behind your assistant and your bolts land at the same time, theyll hit for double the damage. Just not easy to recreate.
