buy in place of warp stone if you want to play really aggro and teleport on any enemy to kill them easier.
The main thing you will need to know is that your ultimate ability [LYCAN CURSE] turns you into an OP beast and activates after you deal a certain amount of damage to the enemy, so take advantage of the bonus health/resists to dive on somebody and kill them. Make sure to look for fights ONLY when your ult is available! During teamfights, deal as much damage as possible to enemies from a safe yet close distance in order to enable your ult, then engage and kill everyone in ult form. For how this build is structured specifically: the early game focuses on survivability in lane, the mid game focuses on getting your core damage items, and the late game focuses on getting your shred/anti-heal/damage reduction items.
