This build looks like alot and it is I made this for myself its everything in one and if I want to go gun I go gun same with snipe and even medic -NiNjA_Master
Item Build

best thing early for snowballing you get 4 snipes very good this is a big power spike and if you want get this then get surge of power and put it on your snipe if you want.
Mid Game/Core
In order most of the time if you lack stacks get alc fire If you want more snipe get surge of power and remember stop at Spirt life steal and think about the game at this point do you have high stacks? Low stacks? Do you have a hyper carry really fed? Are you fed? Build what is going on not always L -> R
This is a great item all spirt damage gets a buff and nice armor not needed but good item but when you need space sell it.
Can replace with other 1.6k gun item on the right if you want I still hate this item but that does not mean its bad.
Other Mid Game
Other items you can get in the mid game. I grab RR and FF together somtimes
If you want Magnum later get this after swift striker and put it on your snipe for exstra damage then magnum on crow.
This, burst fire, or heroic Aura they each benifit from diffrent games like this is good if you plan to get healing like leech or vampric and even anti debuffs.

In order kinda if you want other items look to your right and if you want skip all this and go for other crap this is a flexable build Just do not get leech and Vamp Burst together.
This, Blood Tribute, or Heroic Aura. Burstfire is simple gun go BRRRRRR its easier to use than blood tribute but try to use this when starting with vin then use blood tribute.
THE DAMAGE IS CRAZY WITH THIS it is needed on vin for her snipe after this spike get more survivablity unless you are killing it.
Overall great item do not get if they have armor and if you grab alchemical fire, do not grab Spellslinger and this together.
Break in case of CC
Other Late/Counters
Depending on the game and what you want these items can work over the Core or fit in late game.
Other Gun
What ever fits your play style read what each does these items just depends.
Spirt/Snipe
Look at your comp if you need more spirit get these items grab boundless and grab these.
Medicta/Support
if you have low stacks/going alc fire/ another person on your team is going crazy be a support hybrid.
