Anti spirit and silence get against annoying spirit characters, its whimsical cause it turns your bullets purple :3 the second best colour
A Very STRONG antiheal and dmg reducer, basically good against anyone, i like it against shiv specifically
EXTREMELY useful for new urn fights, almost a must have if you are team fighting, i like it with split shot but this alone will do wonders, can also be used to pivot to a debuff support role

BIG BURST COUNTERS, best when someone like Yam Yam, Lash, but literally anyone doing high spirit this is good
Very simple Purple resist but very good to have, when your taking majority spirit damage this is great, i end up buying this at Point Blank
