A build attempting to keep turrets viable.
Item Build

Lane - You'll have to play a little gun heavy at the start to keep lane from collapsing. Get Mystic Slow as soon as you have your ult, it turns you into a horror story.
1) Lane
Survive until ult, combine with mystic slow and wall for ez kills

Mid Game - Farm and keep waves pushed while ult is on cooldown.

Situational Counters: Pick as neededed, otherwise go to 4.

Late Game - Grab these when not shopping from 3.

Final Thoughts / Update Notes
January 2: Chat. They killed specter. Well, okay, "killed" might be a little harsh, but it was after playing a bunch of games post-nerf that I realized how much of a crutch it had been for me and my turrets. Meanwhile, ult is powerful again, and all the speed nerfs plus Heavy Barrage increased slow... yeah so this is a Turret + Ult build now, instead of Turret + Specter. This build is likely gonna see some major revisions over the next few days as the dust settles, so strap in.
