A spirit/support build with a heavy focus on spamming turrets and providing support to your allies.

Item Build

Start with either Sprint Boots, Monster Rounds, or Healing Rite, then get Arcane Surge to give your lane improved Medicinal Specters. Work with your lane partner to secure the objective, don't forget to take boxes at 2 minutes, and generally play defensively until Barrage is available, then coordinate a kill or objective push.

Decent sustain and rotate speed, can upgrade to Trophy Collector if things are going well
I just really love sliding.
A great tool for boosting your heal specter early game.
Be wary about early turret spam, as they always give souls now without the brief immortal period

For jungling or pushing objectives
Necessary for lane sustain now we don't have bullet resist. Also good for Healing Tempo prep
This can activate Healing Tempo hehehe
Extra regen discount makes this a decent lane item

Having to imbue makes this item very niche, but sniper turrets are pretty neat

As this is primarily a supportive build, you might be feeling a little low in the damage department. Keep investing in cooldown reduction for more turrets and start looking for fights to support your team. If you're allowed, you may farm a side-lane and defend the outer walkers. Don't forget to check the boxes!

If the enemy team has a lot of sustain (e.g. Abrams, Infernus, Mo & Krill), you'll want this and Inhibitor.
I just really hate infernus and abrams lol
This combined with Juggernaut will give gun carries a rude surprise when they duel you

Use turrets to establish backline fire support for team fights, hold off Walker aggression, or siege objectives. Healing Tempo is extremely good for your turrets and teammates; make sure to arcane surge your specters and call out when you're placing them.
3) Turret Core
Get this first to dispell the imbuing
This item is, honestly, overpowered regardless of what you're building.
Doesn't give cooldown, sadly, but still great combo with Healing Tempo and Boundless Spirit

3) Core Finishers
Since Wall tends to be maxxed last, buying this to put Stun on Barrage is very useful.
Toss out a turret to benefit from Healing Tempo
Just a Spirit topper now, still good for Specter boosting

Once the majority of your CORE is finished, decide what kind of role you want to play and look to these categories to build them out. Personally I tend to grab Greater Expansion and Juggernaut, and maybe think of Escalating Exposure for the late game.
4) Tank Core
Use against gun carries that forget to build armor
This annd Bullet Resilience are all you're gonna need for bullet resist
For Rejuv punching and Lash/other CC countering
4) Support Core
Get this to undo the imbuing earlier, very important for specter boosting
Passive applies to troopers, turrets, and ally heroes. Very useful.
The cleansing is super good for saving people from Bebop or Pocket
4) Damage Core
Resist debuff instead of spirit amp makes this a great support item

Desperation buy
Need more healing reduction
Interrupts powerful channelers or flyers
Can be used to juke Lash ults, otherwise useful to supercharge your spirit at the start of an ult-heavy teamfight
Now that the spirit reduction doesn't have a cooldown, this is a great support gun item.
Get this to impede hyper carries
A toggle to dramatically reduce debuffs

More fire rate? On top of healing tempo and specter? Um yes please
This seems especially powerful with Healing Tribute and Spirit Shredder, can combo with Mystic Regen+Healing Tempo very effectively
It upgrades from Tesla and can dispell certain annoying enemy buffs like Goo Cube
I'm thinking getting this instead of selling Monster Rounds might not be a terrible idea now
