This build focuses on a mix of mobility, damage and utility. It's not the highest DPS build out there, but it feels great to play. Feel free to rush some T4 gun items if you want huge damage, such as Crippling Headshot.

Extra Charge mainly for the cooldown reduction
Use flex slots for extra orange item, slowing bullets usually. If no flex slot you can skip. Check annotations.
This allows you to chase enemies and be annoying much more effectively. Don't forget to use the active to farm/fight.
Insane value for the price, huge fire rate which scales our damage well.
Alchemical Fire helps you farm, it helps you kill and splitpush. Throw it and tornado person right after.
I'd recommend you pick up 1-2 of these in the mid-game.

Good for 1v1s - Buy if unsure what else to get.
If you need anti-heal, also gives you good stats.
Always good.
Huge for farming.
Good if you need shred earlier.
Works on scarabs and Tornado - Experimental but should be good.
If your team needs damage, buy Crippling - If utility, buy Echo Shard. If your team needs anti-heal, buy Ricochet + Toxic. Silencer is also a great late game option.
