The build is designed for early hit-and-run followed by effective teamfighting with interactions between bullet and spirit damage.
Recommended items: Bullet Resist Shredder, Rapid Recharge, Spellslinger Headshots
Dump ability points into Kinetic Pulse.
Soul securing item for countering Dynamo's terrible bullet velocity.
Gain an extra stomp and wait less inbetween. You should be stomping every time enemy heroes are in front of you!
For escaping early deaths: dash-jump, Quantum Entanglement, dash-slide. Fire rate boost also contributes to build.

Can replace any tier 3 purple with this if super rich (I'd recommend Reach.)
