Look i LOVE this item, the chip, the heal reduc, its such a good tank killer, or just a way to help you out in a fight +sometimes you get kills from the bleed BUT it is not needed all the time :D

A Very STRONG item, a little hard to be great against Victor but everyone else this is amazing, antiheal and damage negation is diabolical
