having 3/2/2/2 at 21k makes you really strong midgame. With how much ability range we get maxing rabbit before ult is just better 99% of the time.

Item Build
Lane
lots of spirit power and items we need to empower bolt early
Keep wave perma pushed, if you are already doing that without this you can skip it and get extra charge first
Really strong extra poke in lane, now that this doesn't go on CD from creeps it also helps our farming a good amount as it applies to every bolt. Sell later because tankbuster is ass
This timed with T3 bolt is one of the biggest power spikes in the game. You can just start one shotting people at this point or take any t3 camp on the map besides the warehouse.
with just this we can hit entire neutral camps with bolt when redirected to the middle. Practice this in explore map first as bolt targeting is very wonky.
Consider if Jesus barrier is correct this game or not
Scales with spirit power now and easily hits 600+ barrier on a low cd. If against multiple heroes that have to proc it to fight you always buy it.
Core items
Roughly in order
Massive damage buff to bolt and lets you infinite slide for objectives. Usually you can 1 shot people around the time you pick this up.
More ability range and other good stats. Never use this on anything but a T3 neutral.
This item has gotten multiple buffs in a row now and I think is now worth it as your main mobility tool. Can get warp or carpet instead based on preference.

Amazing for bolt / rabbit / actives and 90% of the ults you steal.
Free damage on top of rabbit and scales well with all the spirit and ability range we buy.
Usual lategame path
double bunny is broken and better than anything else you can do on this hero lategame until they remove it
Always going to be broken alongside maxed rabbit. With all the aoe we buy you should be hitting multi person rabbits every time.
Massive raw dmg increase to everything. If you bought everything before this it caps out our spirit investment.
Other lategame stuff to consider
If the game really won't end and you're richer than god consider some of these
Just a really solid item when you're stealing something every fight. ability duration is one of our best stats too.
Usually hits their whole team with all the aoe we get, I only get this really late game if they have a ton of healing
can throw on either your beefiest gorilla or yourself if you're stealing warden / yamato ults. Funny with carpet too
Not as good as it used to be with decay stacking it but scourge / spirit burn stack this well and its extremely good with seven ult
Extremely good item with how much ability range we build. If you're against a bunch of close range idiots and have echo shard already this is a fine buy.
Other situationals
Usually buy this at some point in most lanes for me or my lane partner but if you are completely dominating you can skip it
Always buy against heal heavy lineups
Can buy this to swag out on people or if you notice yourself getting caught by wraith / lash ults too much
Rarely ever buy this but its good vs silences and stake build vindictas
Best anti gun hero item on this hero and often necessary to use seven and warden ults properly, we get a good amount of duration from our items so this pulls extra weight.
Always a solid item, good if you are playing more around big ult steals like dynamo
If you're stealing warden / seven / dynamo ults and really need them to full channel
Really strong if their team has a lot of M1 heroes
Good if they have tanky healing heroes like geist / shiv / mo
Good if Vindicta is owning your team
My beloved carpet. the best mobility item and lets you solo all the macro for your team but unfortunately games this patch are a little too fast for it to buy every game.
