I actually don't use ult build but I know how to build it decently.
Be warned Demonhart: I do not specialize in ults.
Use Morgan Freeman The Hidden or Gun Build for likely better results
Item Build
Early Game
Not in any particular order, but left to right is a good start
Sell this later, for early game this is a good survival tool
I don't use it because I hate microing it, but if you want to, you know what to do when ulting
Makes sneaking up easier, which makes your blindside more likely to happen
Counters
wraith/haze because its funny
fuck you item
bebop or infernus :)
specifically once you get ult this'll be good enough for the next 30 minutes
Midgame
By this point, you have enough money to start getting luxuries
Healing and general boost to damage
This decreases cultist sacrifice cooldown by -70s, but it's optional.
Even more ability range, and a bit extra bonuses
You can always be on the map, sharking around instead of having to go back to base!
Mobility
Either for getting closer with ult, or general movement around the map

Resisting slow to get closer
Late Game
