Laning
Focus on surviving in lane and bursting enemies using your satchel and cloak (and eventually cold front) combo. Look for plays after getting amp stacks from barrage. Major powerspike after satchel and cloak T2 upgrades. Cultists Sacrifice can be rushed second item after Restorative Shot.
Main source of regen in lane.
Can be bought earlier.
Aim to get this around 8 minutes. Can also be rushed second item after Restorative Shot (if so, sacrifice a candle trooper first then T3 at 8 minutes).
Can be bought earlier for extra lane burst damage.
Regen
Healing Rite for a difficult lane. Locket if vs. Mirage, Geist, Calico.
Tempo
Trophy Collector for snowballing out of a winning lane and into midgame.

Building more into cooldown reduction on affliction and mobility.
