The build is laid out in order top to bottom and left to right. The bottom section of items is optional.
Item Build
Laning
Buy left to right. Extra Regen or Healing Rite for hard lanes
Hard lane optional
Swap this for enduring spirit if the lane is super hard and you're getting poked. I wouldn't buy more than 6 Tier 1 items
Great in the solo lane. I would swap out enduring spirit
Core
Buy left to right. Sell Restorative Shot/Extra Regen/Healing Rite for extra slots or save for slot upgrade. Superior Cooldown on Malice
Can buy this earlier if people are getting Decay or Healbane early
On Malice
Late game
Buy order flexible here. Mystic Reverb is usually my first 6200. Buy armors if you need to be more tanky
Apply to your Malice because Malice is spammable and easier to hit at range than Bomb
Situational / Luxury
Read annotations for when to buy items.
Super late game upgrade for soul shredder slot
I end up buying this in a lot of games because meta heroes like Abrams, Shiv, and Lash have healing
Buy vs. Haze, Wraith, etc (heroes that left click)

Buy vs heroes like Pocket (helps with his ult)
If the enemy team has CC heavy heroes like Mo and Krill
Late game slot upgrade
Helps counter heroes like Vindicta in the air or Seven Ult
