Play lane safer. If you're winning, buy CF first. If you need more regen/defense, pick EE first
Can buy earlier if more burst is needed
Optionals for lane
Can buy against high fire rate heroes
Armors/debuff remover if needed

Usually buy left to right up until spirit burn after spirit burn, fill in remaining slots depending on game
Leap gang
Use on preference of ult/satchel/cloak
Tank buster incredible strong. Will sometimes pick up before leap
Pop as you're going in to live forever in fights
Usually 2nd T4 after . Can live forever in fights with both
Buy if anti-heal is needed

Pick up if going magnum
