This is a great item all spirt damage gets a buff and nice armor not needed but good item but when you need space sell it.
If you need anti heal get this it will last you almost all game, also heal is nice.
Great item to live for CC.
If you do not want damage then get this or spirit shielding.
You need to snowball to take full effect of this if not you will suffer its a gamble if I lose lane I do not get this every game unless its a great lane and you are greedy.

Your gun spike and green spike if you didnt get it also get surge of power if you are on a roll
THE DAMAGE IS CRAZY WITH THIS it is needed on vin for her snipe after this spike get more survivablity unless you are killing it.
4.8k spike you shoot and move faster wow crazy.
4.8k investment for hp you need to stay on the move and look for snipes and going back to base takes time.

This is anti spirit and for shooting fast, and the debuff resist is nice.
This is anti gun you move faster and shoot faster its fun.

In order if you want oither items look to your right and if you want skip all this and go for other crap this is a flexable build
Vin needs fire rate this is just more of that.

Put it on crow then keep shooting very simple. or if you are crazy put it on your snipe more damage weirdo.

Insane upgrade for vin late game powerspike, pars well with your flight which is your main damage.

Put this on crow or your snipe if you can land your shots also you will be fast and shoot faster I get this on my crow most of the time.
Cooldown is always good you can skip this and go for other items.
Other core
Depending on the game and what you want these items can work over the Core
Can get sooner if they wanna counter you like seven stun, knockdown, warden hook, ect.
Movement when you are in the air better when you want to snipe more and have a more split team.
Only get if you want to move around more and this can counter some people if used right.
You kinda need this get sooner if need be if they have alot of cc.

Pick which ever fits your playstyle I get Crippling Headshot or Spirit Overflow
overall great item do not get if they have armor.
Spirt/Snipe
Now late game this is very important as if they build gun armor get spirit and vis versa after core items look at what they have and get either gun or spirt
More of a support item but only get when you have alot of spirit on your team or hardcore snipe.
When you fly and deal damage you just kill them and know this you use your crow and this hits 3 people they will suffer alot also your snipe will burst them.
if they have armor, trust me you will not do anything to them with spirit resilience.
You can fly better and your crow last longer.
Medic/Support/Core
If you have a hyper carry going crazy and no real support invest in this and support with snipe and dont go for gun and put 2 points into stake you will need transcendnt with this no order to this but mix with snipe items not gun
This is just better debuff remover use it on your carry or yourself hell you can just get it without support its just amazing on vin.
Trust me its good you can pull people to save them and in the air it can be uses to pull a beepbop into position to ult.
AOE heal more of a luxury item very good if you have guns on your team with healling tempo.
A must buy most of the time to shut someone down.
If a tank is going crazy put this on them they will love it.
If they have alot of spirit at hand get this to stop them.
