Laning
Focus on stacking your Djinn's Mark on enemies and brawling using scarabs.
Main source of regen in lane. Can pop Djinn's Mark early for regen.
Lane Optionals
Restorative shot is a great extra source of regen. Healing rite for a difficult lane. Monster rounds for depush / pushing / farming.
Midgame
Building more into bullet shred and gun damage. Activate Blood Tribute when in fights and deactivate between reloads.
Midgame Optionals
Pick an armor type to counter enemy damage. Can opt to sell Battle Vest, Slowing Bullets, or Bullet Lifesteal. Substitute Crippling Headshot for Armor Piercing Rounds if you are against a Viscous / Yamato.
Lategame
Lategame Defensives
Debuff remover for enemies that apply a lot of non-ultimate debuffs. Divine barrier for removing ultimate debuffs (Pocket, Wraith, etc). Plated armor has great synergy with tornado bullet evasion.
