With this build you'll be focusing on ganking and doing a ton of spirit damage up front.
Play passive and poke with bombs. In recommended Order.
Can be sold after hitting Ava T2, but i recommend keeping it.
Primary healing source, so you won't need the assist items.

Get this before Spirit Burn if most of the enemy team has 18%+ spirit resist.
Absolutely necessary to keep lifestrike scaling strong. You also need the health shop bonuses.

In recommended order. First T4 recommended after Spirit Snatch
Make sure you're landing your combo to consistently proc this. Bombs + CF + TP + Spirit Strike + Ult should be no issue. Get a situational item (below) if you're struggling while rushing this.
Really helps against heroes that move a lot.
The bonuses from this are just too insane to pass up
Barrier that scales very well into lategame. Buy if theres a lot of stun/cc on enemy team, or if stunned/cc'd often. Eventually outscales Shielding items ->
Barrier is highly underrated in this game. Against gun/melee chars, this procs all the time.
Doesn't proc as much as Weapon Shielding, but it still gives barrier and scales very well with this build.
Raw spirit resist is very nice.
Extremely useful against Infernus, or if enemy has gun proc items.
Against slows and Pocket ult, or if just lots of annoying debuffs.
Lash and Shiv cannot legally ult you without your consent.
Against slows.
Gun characters, but im using all my slots.
Just to deal with any lategame spirit burst.
Abrams, Shiv, Giest, or any character with lifesteal or Siphon Bullets. Can be sold once you have Spirit Burn
If the keep getting away you might want to use this.
Logical next step from slowing hex.
Gives spirit resist reduction and silences enemies. If the enemy is locking you down with their abilities, preventing kills, this is essential.
Against Vindicta, Talon, and if they don't have Counterspell or Debuff Remover.
Yamato, Warden, Infernus, Mo. Stops or interupts ult usage.
The "I'm fed as fuck" button
Better than reverb.
Enemy too fast and i hate them.
Negligible damage buff, but worth considering.
