Read annotations. There's reasons why I didn't put certain common items that are often build on her. Ask for more details. This is a bullet damage build with good utility. I've mostly been getting avg damage or above average damage while having lots of utility and impact on the team fights. Kite people well and make them go through your wall.
The build is utility heavy (using many actives) due to the nature of the game with low cooldowns on the actives and strong items. If you need help doing build with less actives, let me know.

Try to proc passive as often as possible, even if from a distance with a quick burst fire. Apply lots of pressure, keep shooting your gun at the enemies and keep them under their tower.
If 500 souls is reached and HP is below half for teammate and yourself, buy this first before weapon item. Use as speed boost to gank and rotate into mid game.
Left to Right. Use Barrier often, free 520 HP.
Use often. Use for movement speed / ganks. Buy Reactive Barrier INSTEAD of this if really needed against heroes like M&K and you're getting jumped a lot, and don't have time to activate Divine Barrier
Trying this out. Cheap item that gives a lot of healing & sustain. Might not need to build Locket with this.
You should be meleeing fairly often in laning phase (and even mid game). Especially if you will get Melee Charge instead of Fleetfoot later.
Good for increasing carbine snipe range. Builds into Sharpshooter which is great. From 3s reload to 2s.

Great for chasing people down, ganking, speed. Biggest benefit is no movement penalty. Can use for Heavy Melee cancel tech.
Always go for movement bridge buff. Will make you dance like a little girl. Might not even need Extra Stamina if you use movement well & get Locket. Must have against Warden.
First Flex. Must-have on Paradox now w/o HMC. Use Kinetic Dash and Warp Stone Dash Jump Tech. Use often for bullet resist.
Sell HS Booster. I wasn't a fan of KD for awhile but then I found it crucial when pairing with Dash Jump Warp Stone tech. Learn to utilize properly.

Sell Healing Rite. Locket now OR Rescue Beam later. IF not getting Rescue Beam, then buy Locket. Scales better into late game and now replenishes 1 stamina.
Knockdown OR Silence. Pick 1. Can skip if rushing damage. Buy Healbane ONLY if 3+ enemies heal and replace with Toxic Bullets late game.
Sell Healing Rite or Barrier. One of the best items in the game. Great against everyone honestly, its a free stun. However, its awesome for stopping Bebop ult, Seven, Lash, Talon, Vindicta, McGinnis Ult, Dynamo ult, etc.

If they have 3+ heavy healing characters, get healbane. Then later, replace with Toxic Bullets (late game) to maximize bleed damage.

Procs from 2 and 3. NEVER procs from 1 (nade) or ultimate. Procs via Wall if enemy has 1750 HP or for Carbine: If weapon dmg is 88+. Don't buy earlier. 8% damage scales better late game.

Your bullets reduce enemy damage by 35%! To everyone on your team! Very impactful, even if its not noticable. Sell Extra Health is slot is needed.
Sell Locket or Divine Barrier. Echo Shard for 3 would basically do an additional 500-600 damage late game. Might even buy earlier. Aim for the head with 3.
In order SELL: Melee Lifesteal, Sprint Boots (only if Silence Glyph was bought), Spirit Strike, then Extra Stamina (if Knockdown was bought). Sell Fleetfoot for Rescue Beam, Silencer or Echo Shard.
Incredible. Heals SO much for you AND a teammate, every 22 seconds. Will save your ass with self-cast. Great for sustain. Used to buy every game but lately, can be better to go for damage instead.
Precursor to Fortitude (if buying Fortitude)
Works great with Rescue Beam, since that keeps you above 75% health. This gives movement speed AND damage. However, other items might work better at this point.

Can silence up to 6.84 seconds with this active. Super strong, and builds from Slowing Bullets.
Bullet/Spirit Resist CAN go into the negatives. This increases the damage enemy takes from all sources.
Buy as needed. Stick to 1-2. Sell Sprint Boots if needed. Sell Extra Stamina only if Knockdown was bought and slot desperately needed.
Good against Kelvin. Buy early to counter his annoying slow. Otherwise, it's never been necessary for me due to the high movement ability with Paradox.
Buy instead of Divine Barrier if really needed against heroes like Mo&Krill and you're getting jumped a lot randomly (and don't have time to activate Divine Barrier). Good against Warden.
Really good against Abrams in lane (allows you to parry after his charge). Great if they have 3 or more of these heroes: Infernus/Kelvin/Pocket/Abrams. Precursor to Debuff Remover which gives weapon damage too.
Gives Weapon Dmg which is great, and the active is useful for stopping many heroes CC and bleed/burn damage. Super good item. Gives move speeeed too.
Underrated. Good if they have fed Haze AND Wraith/Infernus. Although, you should never be hit with Haze ult due to positioning, wall, and warp stone.

Get Kevlar if struggling to live after using ult. Can also consider Magic Carpet for more movement / escapability.
I sometimes buy if I know there is only 1 teamfight left in the game. Free respawn yay. Otherwise, avoid.
Sell Fleetfoot. Can queue up carpet AFTER using ult, so that you are on the carpet when you land. Use if extra movement and shield after ulting is needed. Can also get Diviner's Kevlar.
