Wait to get Bloodletting (3) until Killing Blow (4) is level 2. It will often kill you more times in lane then save you. This is reflected in the Abilitly Point Order below.

Fantastic sustain on this. Builds into RR, which has started to top my healing charts.
I think this is still great after the 5/27 nerfs. We will see though...
Buy early to Heal and poke off knives. Can sell later for slots/different purple item or build Rapid Recharge if you need to pivot into knives late game. Both are valuable options.
Always dash-jump before pressing 2.
Builds into Fortitude and Colossus.
Rush against big healer lanes. Increases sustain, damage, and is anti-heal. Still such a broken item.
Great in almost every game. Heal off your two, as well as your massive gun damage.
Pick up what you need for your last two slots.
