Some quick tips:
1. Make sure to use the tunnels every few minutes to get the boxes (free money that your team can't get)
2. Make sure to steal enemy sinner's as often as possible
3. The burst heal is incredibly powerful and only applies to the initial Tag Along target, therefore select your initial target carefully (ideally someone very hurt).
4. Using Lil Helpers on troopers is very powerful, especially in laning stage.

There is no 1 path that you can easily follow on Rem. You have to see where the game takes you and adapt accordingly with items. If you are getting a ton of money and think you can carry your team, consider going for items in the 'Big Damage Route' earlier. If you have someone on your team doing really well, consider giving them Divine Barrier or buying a rescue beam for them, or Healing Tempo, etc. Echo Shard is quite core when it comes to late game team fights as it makes you incredibly slippery and gives tons of healing.
