Great healing in lane from punching minions. And we upgrade this into Lifestrike. Procs on your 2 as well! You can upgrade this into Lifestrike during lane if you really need the sustain.

Tons of healing from your 2 and melees. Keeps you alive in fights. It's 200+ health heal on a 4 sec CD.

Really great item, practically a guarenteed kill in the late game if your team is with you. The combo with it is 2, Arctic Blast, light punch, 1, 4. Also great for clearing waves quickly in cat form.

For bullet resist since you have none built into the core. Can skip if you aren't taking any gun damage.
