Description

Teammates love you, enemies despise you. People will want you on their team or in a different match entirely. This is the ultimate support build, and all your contribution comes entirely from your pure, unadulterated utility. Watch for birds. - THETA ZERO

Item Build

LANING

I like this order. Your fist is tempting to spam but you mostly want to save it for predictable strikes which displace the enemy into your partner (especially enemies retreating up stairs or by walls).

AFTER LANING

Skip to big purchases if needed, but this order should be fine.

Deadlock Item

III

Superior Cooldown

Lets first, suck, and shoot goo to your heart's content.

Deadlock Item

IV

Imbue

Active

Echo Shard

By this point, your enemies will look for your cube and wait. Surprise! SECOND CUBE!

Deadlock Item

IV

Transcendent Cooldown

If carries could avoid abusing support items so they stop getting nerfed, that would be great.

Deadlock Item

III

Rapid Recharge

When it works, you can even boost you or your buddies with a punch! When it doesn't, it's JANK.

COUNTERS

Deadlock Item

III

Counterspell

Your answer to everything!

Deadlock Item

II

Debuff Reducer

You'll want this for... something... I guess.

Deadlock Item

III

Spirit Resilience

Are you sure you're playing safe?

Deadlock Item

III

Bullet Resilience

Bro, just buy Metal Skin.

Deadlock Item

III

Active

Debuff Remover

Your cube is a Debuff Remover, dummy!

Deadlock Item

II

Healbane

Your melee does spirit damage because of Spirit Strike, but your cube removes THEIR Healbane!

Deadlock Item

III

Active

Metal Skin

Some day we'll have Metal Skin for spirit damage instead of everyone building spirit with no counter.

Luxuries

As desired.

Deadlock Item

II

Healing Booster

In theory, your healing shouldn't be that good, but since the cube has debuff remover, it's great!

Deadlock Item

II

Active

Restorative Locket

Niche, but useful.

Deadlock Item

III

Lifestrike

You spam punches pretty quickly, so it's a little absurd how much you can shut down an escape attempt.

Deadlock Item

I

Spirit Strike

If you're paying attention, your 1 will do more damage after a melee. But I'm too stupid to remember.

Deadlock Item

III

Spirit Snatch

Makes your fist do stuff or something. I don't care. This game should've been over by now.

Deadlock Item

II

Melee Charge

Landing your 3 also reloads your gun late game, which is helpful for stealing farms, you scamp.

Deadlock Item

IV

Crushing Fists

Turn your four puddle punch charges into tactical nukes.

Deadlock Item

IV

Active

Divine Barrier

Basically gives you a third cube.

YOUR GAME PLAN

Be annoying. This build does EXACTLY what you need it to. Your fist can move you, displace enemies, or adjust allies in your cube. You almost always want to hang back. If they get in your face, just run away or melee them since you don't do any damage otherwise. Keep in mind your cube at max removes debuffs but prevents ally ults from doing damage, and don't be afraid to sell Restorative Locket for counter items if you need them. Whenever your ult is up, look for any reason to go for split pushes or steal enemy farm. You shouldn't have more than 5 deaths in a single game, even if you're losing badly.
