Lane

Gives more range to your 3, will upgrade into Greater Expansion.
Stamina to get out of situations. Builds into Arcane Surge for more spirit damage.
Use this item to improve your 3.
Optional Lane
More options depending on the situation. Usually saving up for a larger Tier 3 or 4 item is recommended.
Keeps you up with your consistent Pest Barrier damage.
In case the enemy really loves licking your silkwebs.
Aim for their necks and all the bullets (should) connect and do amazing damage.

Main damage dealer + shredding their will to live. (Usually) buy left ---> right.
Will stack up more spirit shred while your spiders do more damage.
Spiders proc this, more damage, jesus.
More spider Damage. Yippee.
Stuns them when they get hit by a spider.
Spirit Shred Items
Primary buy for Trapper, in case your team is spirit heavy.
Another primary buy for Trapper, insane amounts of spirit shred.
Big AoE of shred and pain.
Bullet Shred Items
Buy this early in lane if you want to go for easy picks on high RoF characters.
Buy this if you are dealing with high RoF enemies that are shredding your team.
Buy this if they have bullet resist against your carry heroes.
Disarm a carry's weapon to make them useless for a while.
Utility Items
Buy these depending on who's carrying/who needs these the most without affect their spirit economy.
Buy this if you want to slow the enemy BUT can't get in their faces. Builds into Lightning Scroll for your Ult.
Buy this if you want to slow your enemies AND you can brawl in their faces. Helps deal with Calicos and Lashes.
Really good passive damage while preventing sustain.
Deals with ultimates/flying characters.
Targets an enemy, usually communicate WHO you're targetting.
Put this on someone up in their face and do tons of damage.
Drags them into the center, really helpful to have them get tagged by poison or spiders.
Not really THAT useful, but in case you are rich.
