Recommended buy order: Monster Rounds -> Extra Regen -> Healing Booster -> Extra Charge -> Extra Stamina. Get Healing Rite for more sustain, Mystic Expansion vs. snipers/grenadiers.

Finish Turret Core, get Healing Tempo, then look here to find out what you need for the late game. Cultist Sacrifice and Divine Barrier fight for the same active slot. Escalating Exposure is great for resists and damage, Bullet Resilience or Escalating Resilience are good for tank options, Greater Expansion is amazing for specter and turrets.
