Description

Carry Ivy Gun Build. Start by scaling, stealing/invading farm with maxed kudzu, transition into a gun carry, and then
become a teamfight god with debuffing into the late game.

Can be bought WAY earlier than slowing bullets. Great after titanic mag, but it is preferable to have some health early, so buy this preferably after Fortitude. Avoid Slowing Bullets if you buy this.

Generally offers more overall dps than point blank does. Great against Ulted Viscous/Yamato, and other high resist characters. The resist shred lasts long (8s), which is good after being low (<65% hp)

This item is the beggining of when your DPS build transitions into a Teamfight debuff build. By itself, adds dps and farming potential. It allows you to proc inhib/silencer/toxic/slow on enemies.
