Holliday depends on her skills as a crack shot, shooting things she's bounced into the air. With good aim she can lay out heavy damage. Her movement skills let her isolate her enemies or beat a hasty retreat.

Super mobile, tons of dps, a well timed lasso on the right target will win a teamfight. Use your barrels as a tool to manage your space as they interrupt momentum, they also cause people to move in a predictable pattern so barrel+crackshot can become reliable if your a good shot.
Tons of unconditional weapon damage. You can deal upwards of 100 dmg per bullet from 70 meters away, your damage is most optimal between 15-20 meters, you only lose 20% bullet damage below 15 meters and your bullets slow.
II
Bullet Lifesteal
You can heal almost 100 hp per wave with just this item.
III
Sharpshooter
Where the biggest hits come from. You bought frenzy first so the -1m/s doesnt matter as much if at all.
III
Headhunter
Does not provide nearly as much consitent value as PB and Sharpsht. Often procs out of sync with crackshot and places too much weight on headshots for good dps.
Ricochet 1st if you need the clear. Glass cannon is an absurd amount of gun damage. VB for DPS mag dump, 2nd point in 2 with RR (and StaminaM) you are having trouble staying alive.
IV
Active
Vampiric Burst
Dash jump + VB is massive your main "combo". Use it when you need dps or when you need healing to stay in a fight.
III
Rapid Recharge
More bounce pads, more damage on barrels
I get StaminaM most games. Crpplng Hdsht for healers and bullet resist. Silencer (and SpellBrk) for casters. Frnzy is a defensive DPS option. WrpSt if you cant survive, AP rounds for tanky targets and Luckyshot for that extra punch
IV
Crippling Headshot
Sometimes before ricochet vs lifesteal/healing abusers , Also useful once they buy resists. Consider toxic vs really high hp targets and get this after Rico to stack with it.
IV
Silencer
Sometimes people cast too much.
IV
Frenzy
Movespeed, Fire Rate and Spirit Resist all in one. The move speed boost will get you out of many sitations on top of the resists allowing you to win more fights.
III
Active
Warp Stone
Bullet Resist and Extra mobility! Win win
IV
Lucky Shot
Extra ammo BUT only 25% proc chance. 1/4 bullets isnt very high for your fire rate IMO.
IV
Armor Piercing Rounds
Can be good in the very late game vs high resist but it only procs slightly more often than every other bullet. While your fire rate isnt low it wont be really showing until you VB.
Alternative options for slots. Cooldown helps the most when you have items like ChtDth or SpllBrkr. Boundless gets better the longer the game goes.
III
Hunter's Aura
You become a menance to 1v1. Lots of potential value here but I dont buy it often.
III
Toxic Bullets
I dont find myself needing this too often as crippling headshot is normally enough to get people squirming but sometimes its needed.
IV
Active
Focus Lens
Lens + VB is a death sentence. High value, can secure kills on spirit threats.
IV
Inhibitor
Sometimes that extra dps and healing reduction is just what you need to put someone down.
II
Imbue [E]
Compress Cooldown
Cheap, decent value if you chain headhshots well.
III
Superior Cooldown
More lasso's, more barrel's good value vs Seven & Haze. At least before you force them to buy unstoppable.
IV
Transcendent Cooldown
Not much value in your core, takes VB from 30 to 21. Could help if you have Cheat Death, Spellbreaker or a shielding/barrier item.
IV
Boundless Spirit
Extra damage across the board. Maybe find a way to slot this in if the game goes really late but dont give up defensive options for it.
Hang on to some of these as your core build will leave 2 slots for flex
II
Battle Vest
My preference. its cheaper more reliable and I usually sell it for bullet resistance later in the game.
II
Weapon Shielding
This + battle vest will win you 1v1's against haze. Save lasso for their ulti and hit the shots. As the game goes on youll sell battle best for BR and this should be sold as well.
II
Spirit Shielding
I find I get low value from this item unless vs seven, it only activates AFTER the damage hits so it will not block bebop bombs, yamato 1, etc. Better to save for spellbreaker for debuff remover.
II
Enchanter's Emblem
Swap it out for frenzy
III
Active
Debuff Remover
Will keep you from getting debuffed out of a fight or from burning to death. Youll find yourself able to retreat with a pad and some and air dashes 99% of the time.
III
Bullet Resilience
Like with Spellbreaker. If your starved for slots and getting mowed down by bullets. Sometimes sooner rather than later.
III
Trophy Collector
If your team gets an early slot and your picking up assists. Dont let people tell you this is a bad item passive soul generation persists through death and you can just sell it when your full build.
IV
Cheat Death
Can help in some situations where you are getting focused in teamfights, but honestly if you they caught you with stamina mastery they were gonna kill you anyway.
IV
Plated Armor
Low value IMO, this item performs best with bullet resists and it provides non. Most games consist of 1 or 2 gun carries and the rest are hybrid or spirit. Maybe vs guns w/ ER or BR.
IV
Spellbreaker
There are some games where you HAVE to have this item. Delay Frenzy for this your getting 1 shot by spirit.
