Get ready to go fast. Bebop might be bucket 3 2 stam but he fast as hell. Run around catching people when they are not ready. Use hit and run tatics to build up bomb stacks and be as annoying a possible. Make sure you use veils and time fleetfoot with bombs. When you need to make a quick get away bomb yourself and start booking it
