Abrams has the bulk and sustain to lead from the front, often running into the middle of his foes and watching them scatter. If his enemies waste their fire on him, his backline teammates can lay out damage with impunity.

A full spirit build with a balance of vitality to keep you in that 1v5 sweetspot.
This build is focused on you debuffing the enemy, hitting your spirit slashes and mixing in melee (optional). Spirit burn is your core late game item, picking up refresher afterwards puts you into your mid-late game powerspike.
DON'T FORGET that refresher resets your power slash, so full damage order should be power slash -> ult -> power slash -> refresher -> power slash -> ult -> power slash.
Core Early
Sell Extra Spirit, Spirit Strike, or Extra Atamina as needed. Keep spirit strike if you are picking up spirit snatch and plan to mix melee into your damage
Only grab this item if the enemy team is not buying into healing reduction, which is usually the case.
If you can get away with mixing melee into your damage, snatch is good
Spirit Burn first, Refresher second
