Patch 2025-06-17 is really rough on this. Spirit Calico Assassin is best at the moment.
Should still work though, you're just less tankier and your slash does less damage.

Melee Lifesteal
Great healing in lane from punching minions. And we upgrade this into Lifestrike. Procs on your 2 as well! You can upgrade this into Lifestrike during lane if you really need the sustain.

A bunch of extra damage on our 2 and punches. We upgrade this to Spirit Snatch.

Extra health is great in lane and we upgrade this to Fortitude later.

Great damage over the course of a game/fight. And makes you a little tankier.

Amazing for ammo since it gives a flat amount rather than a percentage. Super good for pushing objectives. If you are boxmaxxing go Enduring Speed instead.

Tons of healing from your 2 and melees. Keeps you alive in fights. It's 200+ health heal on a 4 sec CD.

Spirit Snatch
Spirit resist and power steal is amazing. Plus even more melee damage and it procs on your 2. Great damage over the course of a game.

Fortitude
The move speed is great for rotating, the heal lets you stay on the map longer, and the weapon damage is really nice. Can purchase earlier if you are low and near secret shop.

Debuff Reducer
You could replace this with Resto Locket potentially, or buy both. Just a great item, reduces the stun from being parried. You can build this into Debuff Remover vs certain characters.

Berserker
Great for damage and bullet resist. Don't go if you're not surviving long enough in fights to make use of it.

Hunter's Aura
Resist shred is always great. Makes you very strong in 1v1s. You could just skip for AB/Scourge here instead if they have no gun carries that are an issue.

Crushing Fists
Big powerspike. You can rush earlier if you are doing well. If you aren't having success with melee you could skip this and go into more of a spirit build.
Pick and choose depending on what you need.

Weakening Headshot
Easy to proc. Increases yours and your teams damage. Upgrades to Crippling Headshot which is great in the late game.

Great against almost everything in the game. Especially Lash.

This is a bad item. Do not build it. It is noob bait. It is worth nothing when you buy it, meaning you just spent 3k souls for no power increase and killed your tempo.
