Abrams has the bulk and sustain to lead from the front, often running into the middle of his foes and watching them scatter. If his enemies waste their fire on him, his backline teammates can lay out damage with impunity.

I like mast's stomp build but i felt like i was getting caught out a lot because i suck. so this build adds in stamina items.
Also annotated with some helpful tips i've learned/heard elsewhere
Sell first to get improved cooldown or mystic vulnerability
Sell for spiritual overflow or warp stone if needed
sell for healbane, really its just for lane. i prefer stamina
really nice for knock up combos in lane
you just got T3 stomp. if you're winning big, grab rapid recharge asap and get fed
if no flex slot, sell ammo scav
after improved cooldown, if you have a flex/can sell ammo scav get this, otherwise skip for a bit. prioritize surge of power for flex slots
HUGE power spike
improved improved spirit but just on 1. better than mystic vulnerability for flex slots
helps dmg but also scales range on stomp a lot
i usually put on 4, only shaves 2 seconds off your stomp
helps a lot if you feel you're late to fights/are getting caught out a lot
i dont see it honestly
put on your 4, your stomp really doesn't need it
i usually prioritize spirit items like reverb. if you're outta flex slots, sell HP ward and grab this. a little better than boundless spirit + gives some buffs, but you gota shoot them first so less useful if you're mainly poking or the other team is too dangerous to get close to
if i have a flex slot i like to grab this first. really oppressive. poke at range with stomp and watch people get chunked
everything better
if you're playing around ult a lot with a lash teammate, but i use it more opportunistically
if youre fat as fuck
not gonna get many stacks, normally not worth buying
