This item is nice to proc tempo for cheaper, while adding sustain. Can go Burstfire, Siphon, then Tempo instead.

Replaces silence wave if the enemy team doesn't require Silence to counter (abrams, shiv, infernus, dynamo, and mirage)
If I really need to counter a gun carry
You can sell silence for curse in the late game to shut down annoying heroes
RARE buy that can replace silence wave if im super far ahead. But, even then, i almost never buy this as its sooo much money.
Upgrade from Slowing hex that you can get to help your teammates wipe a team. Use w/ lash, dynamo, and seven if you already have hex
