Great healing in lane from punching minions. And we upgrade this into Lifestrike for more sustain. Procs on your 2 as well!

Use off CD with heavy melee in lane. It's 200+ health heal on a 4 sec CD. Just so good for sustain, means you never have to leave lane. Tons of healing from your 2 and melees and so keeps you alive in
