This build got me to Eternus 6 on the new patch. I dropped from E6->E3 after the patch learning items, now I'm back in E6.

Abrams: Ape Mode

With the new item system, filling out slots is WAY less important than how much money you spend in each category. Due to this, don't be afraid to buy Headhunter early in lane, and also don't be afraid to pick up your powerspikes before filling your slots. I will frequently just have 5 items for a while and it's fine.

Max your ult sooner if you need to contest mid boss in your game, it's alright to not max charge. Debuff Remover+Resto Locket is like a 1.3k heal it's very dumb. Build is not strictly ordered.
