I like to buy this a little earlier because of how long majestic leap cooldown is now. Also, fills flex slots! It's only a 5% base cooldown over superior but the item reduction is very worth.

I hardly ever buy this anymore. It can both skyrocket your momentum or completely trash it. The nerfs were unfortunately brutal to it, as you cared more for the regen then the movespeed
