against fliers + extra movement, also scales well with spirit and can give a big combo with arctic
better scaling ccing cold front, usually buy when you ahve boundless
great anti heal, can replace healbane
tons of extra health, be careful buying this around shiv and a ton of toxic bullets
against gun heroes, apr, and buildups like toxic/infernus/fixation
great stats and a nice albeit inconsistent passive, buy if you can abuse both stats and get use out of passive reasonably often
longer uptime in select fights, very nice to end games with this
if youre getting hate crimed by things like solo kelvin domes or mina ult on repeat can be an escape

great agianst low resist teams and when youre carrying, struggles against a lot of resists
against tons of spirit res can pivot more melee
against lots of resists, also antiheal can replace healbane
nice resist shred for those late game

against very tanky heroes almost always AFTER spirit burn to get most amp
if theyre doing a ton of spirit dmg never have cd
cut their fire rate even more, good against a lot of aprs
