Good for countering high damage nukes and some ultimates if you're good at timing.
Just an overall good item, especially see if you can grab if you're being dominated by debuffs.

Generally just go for plated armor instead, but if you don't have the souls for it this can supplement it as a gun monster counter.

Only get if you can't get money for plated armor.
Insane anti-gun item.
Spirit heavy enemy team? Grab this when a slot frees up.
Sortof an oddball, only really grab in situations where you have too much money as a last slot, which probably won't happen.
