Now that we get T3 assistant 10k souls earlier we can make extremely good use of this. Caps our spirit invest and does insane damage with how high our guns base damage is.

Highest damage output gun item for our hero and has ability duration on the base item now which is fantastic, you can get alch fire instead if you want something cheaper.

Overrated but at this point in the game is still good. Our cds are naturally very low and you don't get nearly as much value from this item as you think you do.
