This is a really nice easy buff to bullet dmg
Builds up with Toxic Bullets!! This is a REALLY impactful item to spread in a team fight! it has -40% spirit damage on enemys and that stacks with inhibitor!!!
Wins teamfights. Make their whole team deal 35% less damage even if you are miles away.
Damage Increase
Gives you more lifesteal and lets you and your whole team deal a big increase in all damage to the enemy. A headshot on the main target counts as a headshot on all ricochet bounces
More Slows
This should be an early debuff you get. 25% slow for 1250.
Sell Extra stamina for this. +1 stam, 15% bullet res, 50% more dmg and 25% slow at close range. All for 3500. A really nice buy
